KPMG is bearish on India Inc. According to a survey by the global consultancy firm, on the leading corporate houses of India to assess the level of preparedness to deal with threats of terrorism, 53.4 per cent of the respondents said they did not conduct such threat analysis. "The preparedness to threats was found to be drastically low as only about 24 per cent of the respondents had a comprehensive response plan and rest of the respondents either had no or very generic security response plan for their organization," the survey said.

The Indian corporate and outsourcing body shops have no clue and do not have any disaster recovery plan on terrorism as it plagues India’s future.

In the mean time the employees of Indian body shoppers have started committing suicide. The job loss is not common in Indian culture. Hiring and firing cycles are new to India.

A 23-year-old employee of scam-ravaged Satyam Computers allegedly committed suicide here, police said. Vishwa Venkatesan, hailing from Salem, yesterday consumed poison. The suicide rate among the employees of Indian body shoppers are going up exponentially.
